Thank you for shopping with us. Below is everything you need to know about how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after our daily cutoff time may be processed the next business day.

During peak periods, product launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. If that happens, we’ll communicate updates as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, or high shipping volumes can occasionally cause delays.

Carriers

We ship orders using reliable carriers such as:

  • United States Postal Service

  • UPS

  • FedEx

The carrier used for your order will depend on the shipping option selected and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package in transit.

If you do not receive tracking information within a few days of placing your order, please contact us.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Packages returned due to address issues

  • Delays caused by address verification or carrier rerouting

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Check around your delivery location and with neighbors.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly.

  3. Reach out to our support team if you still need help.

We’ll do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacements for packages marked as delivered.

International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by destination.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • Taxes

  • Customs fees required by their country

These fees are not included in the order total unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to get orders out quickly, shipping delays can occur due to:

  • Weather events

  • Carrier service disruptions

  • Holidays or peak shipping periods

  • Customs processing (international orders)
