"I am not one to write reviews however, I am quite disappointed with this customers “return policy”. I ordered 3 cups from them and only received 2. I ordered the Halloween pattern so I was in no rush to open the package. When I reached out, it was no questions asked “it’s outside of the return timeframe and we can’t help”"
